Our structured, trauma-informed residential program helps men progress from stabilization to independence through accountability, personal growth, and support.

Our Phases

Phase 1: Orientation & Foundation (0–30 Days)

  • Residents begin evidence-based groups, life-skills sessions, and case management.

  • Blackout phase: no phone or passes

  • Daily groups on grounding and structure

  • Introduction to sponsorship and recovery pathways

  • Case management begins

Phase 2: Engagement & Growth (31–90 Days)

  • Focus: Deep Healing & Goal Setting

  • Residents explore CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Anger Management.

  • Weekly case management

  • Goal-focused recovery planning

  • Employment readiness preparation

  • Privileges earned through accountability

Phase 3: Employment & Community Integration (90–180 Days)

  • Focus: Real-World Application

  • Residents apply recovery tools in daily life while maintaining structure and support.

  • Employment and financial literacy training

  • Sponsor required within the 12-Step community

  • Minimum five meetings per week

  • Ongoing case management

Phase 4: Continuum of Care (6–12 Months)

  • Focus: Long-Term Growth

  • Designed for residents not yet ready for independent living or with extended mandates.

  • Continued counseling and case management

  • Peer leadership and mentorship

  • Community involvement and savings goals

  • Preparation for lasting independence
